Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and support of Oracle CPQ quoting and commercial technology solutions aligned to Quote-to-Cash processes.
Drive technical architecture decisions, solution scalability, integration across CRM, ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems, and implement complex CPQ features like pricing, product configurations, and quoting workflows.
Provide technical leadership through mentoring, development best practices, automation, and production support ensuring solution stability and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or STEM field.
7+ years of development experience with Oracle CPQ (Big Machines) or similar CPQ platforms.
2+ years experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, XSLT, JavaScript) and subscription-based CPQ projects.
Must have active Oracle CPQ and Salesforce certifications and strong expertise in CPQ Workbench, platform administration, Commerce, bulk actions, and advanced scripting (BML/BMQL).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex CPQ solution design including BOM, ABO, REDWOOD UI implementations with Oracle CPQ frontend development knowledge.
Demonstrates technical ownership of CPQ systems with ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence architects, product, and stakeholders.
Skilled in Agile and Scrum methodologies, problem analysis, and producing well-documented scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
