Lead analysis, diagnosis, and optimization of existing Zoho implementations to improve business workflows and system adoption.
Work directly with clients and stakeholders to conduct discovery sessions, map processes, present recommendations, and oversee Zoho implementation.
Drive efficiency by reducing manual work and errors, enhancing reporting and visibility across eCommerce, retail, inventory, order fulfillment, and finance workflows.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in Zoho consulting, implementation, or related roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and at least one of Zoho Inventory or Zoho Books.
Experience in auditing and improving legacy Zoho implementations, including business process and gap analysis.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years in relevant Zoho roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to understand and optimize complex business workflows involving sales, inventory, finance, and reconciliation processes, especially in eCommerce or retail.
Skilled in client-facing communication and stakeholder management for conducting workshops, presentations, and documentation.
Experience with eCommerce integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce), Zoho Analytics, and API/integration platforms (Zapier, Make) is advantageous.
