Lead design, development, and evolution of reusable iOS components using Swift, SwiftUI, and UIKit within a Design System team.
Own scalable component APIs handling variants, states, themes, composition, and accessibility, ensuring performance, quality, and maintainability.
Collaborate with designers and product teams to translate design specs into production-ready components and support adoption across multiple products.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of strong Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS SDK experience including Swift Concurrency and Swift Package Manager.
Experience building or contributing to an iOS Design System, component library, or reusable platform with strong API/component design skills.
Strong understanding of iOS accessibility features (VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, accessibility labels/traits).
Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in iOS development

Experienced in design system engineering with proven ability to define component APIs and maintain backward compatibility and versioning.
Demonstrated leadership in architectural decisions, mentoring, code reviews, and influencing across multiple teams.
