Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end business intelligence solutions primarily using Power BI, including advanced DAX and data models.
Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders on data pipelines and warehouse architecture, ensuring data quality, privacy compliance (HIPAA), and performance optimization.
Lead client discussions on KPIs, measurement frameworks, and provide mentoring and knowledge sharing within the BI team.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 8 years of relevant BI/data analytics experience.
Advanced Power BI skills including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service (mandatory).
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling and pipeline tools like Azure Data Factory, dbt, or Databricks.
Must hold a relevant BI/Engineering certification such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300) or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling multiple client projects and working in US/UK shift hours for global client collaboration.
Capable of technical troubleshooting across data pipelines, tag management tools, and BI reporting layers in complex environments including healthcare data compliance.
