Build and maintain patient, volume, and revenue forecasts for strategic pharmaceutical brands and early assets, influencing brand strategy and investment decisions.
Lead forecasting and business planning workstreams, integrating assumptions across Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Finance, and Operations for cohesive multi-functional planning.
Continuously improve forecasting methodologies including statistical, predictive, and automation techniques; manage US and global forecast models, including short and long-term new product introduction volume forecasts.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
6+ years of direct pharmaceutical forecasting experience with strong knowledge of forecasting techniques and modeling.
Experience with key pharmaceutical data sources such as IQVIA MIDAS, Truven, or Marketscan; knowledge of US forecasting data (TRx / NBRx / NRx) is required.
Based in Bangalore with hybrid work model; working hours 2 PM–11 PM IST aligning with global time zones.

Strong pharmaceutical domain expertise, including multiple disease areas and rare diseases with understanding of patient treatment pathways.
Proven expertise in advanced forecasting, financial modeling, and data integration from primary/secondary research sources for strategic decision-making.
