Manage and deliver projects within the Banking/Financial Services domain focusing on governance, stakeholder management, and delivery management.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation using tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.
Drive project governance including reporting, steering committee management, UAT, production deployment, and release management.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Banking or Financial Services projects.
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
Basic understanding of AI, Generative AI, RPA, and latest technologies.
Base location requirement: Gurgaon / Delhi.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in project governance frameworks and handling project financials including budgeting and forecasting.
Familiar with digital transformation, cloud migration, data transformation, or regulatory compliance programs.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills with familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project methodologies.
