Python Developer Intern (AI / ML)

Work on building and maintaining LLM-powered workflows and RAG pipelines using LangChain and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Azure OpenAI) during a 3-month on-site internship.

Develop and own at least one small AI feature or pipeline component end-to-end, including coding Python microservices (FastAPI), testing with pytest, and code reviews.

Collaborate with AI/ML engineering team, supporting model experimentation with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers and similarity-search components using vector databases (pgvector, FAISS, etc.).

Pursuing or completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

0-1 year of experience including internships, coursework, and self-driven projects.

Mandatory: at least one demonstrable AI/ML or LLM applied project (model training, RAG pipeline, or LLM API integration); just coursework without applied project is insufficient.

Strong working knowledge of Python 3.9+ and basic understanding of LLMs, embeddings, REST APIs, plus some experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.

Has prior hands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM projects including integration or training of models rather than just theoretical knowledge.

Comfortable working in a fast-evolving AI/ML environment, contributing to API-based and microservice architecture using Python.

Can learn and apply tools like LangChain, FastAPI quickly and produces code with good ownership and quality to meet full-time conversion standards.
