Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and agents to automate and support Client Solutions team processes.
Translate business requirements into decision logic and AI workflows using platforms like DUST, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Agentforce, and n8n.
Partner with IT and business teams to deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and document AI agents ensuring stable and efficient operations.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in software engineering or business application development.
Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools or platforms in a business setting.
Experience leveraging APIs and integrating multiple business systems and tools.
Location requirement: Based in Gurugram, India; Shift: EMEA (1:30 PM IST to 10:30 PM IST).
