Conduct and tailor voice and accent training sessions for new hires and existing employees focusing on pronunciation, grammar, cultural communication, and accent neutralization.
Provide coaching during pre-process and ongoing phases including call monitoring and feedback to improve communication skills and voice quality.
Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to implement continuous improvements and prepare progress reports on training effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in voice and accent training preferably within BPO or corporate environment.
Strong command over English language with expertise in American or neutral accent training.
Experience delivering training, curriculum development, coaching, and handling feedback; familiarity with LMS, MS Office, and remote training platforms.
Flexibility to work US shift timings; experience training international customers, especially in B2B operational workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
