Define training objectives and develop technical training content, including ILTs, eLearning modules, assessments, and job aids for ERP or supply chain software.

Deploy training materials on LMS and mentor team members on content standards and instructional design principles.
Minimum Requirements
5-10 years experience in instructional design with ADDIE model, preferably for supply chain software products.
At least 3 years experience developing technical training content, including software simulations and virtual training.
Minimum 3 years project management experience for content development.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, and fundamental understanding of LMS deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing technical training content for SaaS or ERP systems in a supply chain context.
Proven ability to manage training projects from inception to completion with adaptability to changing priorities.
