Develop and execute inorganic growth strategies including identification and evaluation of potential partners, acquisitions, and collaborations aligned with the group’s strategic plan.
Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to assess industry trends and the attractiveness of partnership opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as strategy, finance, operations, and legal to ensure successful partnership execution and provide regular updates to senior management.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, fund-raising, financial due diligence, or valuations.
Preferred background in front-end investment banking or private equity.
Qualification: CA or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field from a premier institute.
Strong knowledge of financial concepts and financial modelling proficiency.
