Manage corporate accounting operations, including period-end reporting and preparation of financial statements as per Indian accounting standards for the India business.
Perform financial reporting, variance analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, and support statutory audit ensuring compliance with internal controls and taxation laws (GST, TDS).
Coordinate with internal and external teams including SSEA, supply chain, accounts receivable, auditors, and government authorities to oversee accounting processes and improvements.
Minimum Requirements
Chartered Accountant with 3-5 years or relevant degree with 6-8 years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in manufacturing or import trading business.
Proficient in SAP, BI tools, Blackline, and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with statutory audits, compliance, GST, TDS, and Indian taxation rules.
Work Experience Required: CA (3-5 years) or relevant degree (6-8 years) as stated; Location: Mumbai, India.

Experienced in managing complex accounting functions in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
Strong technical skills with hands-on experience in SAP and accounting software, and familiarity with statutory audit and tax compliance.
