Manage L2/L3 support and SLA-based delivery for Infor CloudSuite Financials and related ERP financial modules.
Handle end-to-end financial operations support including journal processing, reconciliations, invoice/payment processing, asset lifecycle management, and project/grant accounting.
Support finance integrations with HR/Payroll, Procurement, Banking systems plus ensure financial controls and compliance including audit and SOX-like controls.
Minimum Requirements
4-8+ years experience in finance operations, ERP support, or finance technology services required.
Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) preferred; experience with comparable ERPs (Infor Lawson, Oracle Financials, SAP FICO) acceptable.
Experience working in US shift hours from India mandatory.
Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated deep expertise in 3-4+ finance modules with strong operational knowledge in General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, or Project/Grant accounting.
Experienced in production support roles requiring incident management, root cause analysis, and SLA adherence.
Comfortable working at the intersection of finance and IT with understanding of system integrations and regulatory compliance requirements.
