Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and Data Warehouse solutions including data modeling and data quality mechanisms.
Integrate data from multiple sources/vendors to provide holistic insights and perform exploratory data analysis for data issue resolution.
Client interaction and mentoring junior team members.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of relevant industry experience as Data Engineer.
Proficient in Python, Pyspark, SQL, Dataiku; strong experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, ADF, and cloud services like Azure and AWS.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, MCA, or equivalent.
Strong domain knowledge in Pharma/life sciences commercial data; experience with Pharma syndicated data such as IQVIA, Veeva, Symphony; Claims, CRM, Sales.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced data engineer with specialization in Pharma domain and commercial data operations.
Proven ability to deliver end-to-end data management including data ops, governance, and quality in cloud-native environments.
Capable of effective client communication and mentoring junior staff while supporting team collaboration.
