Analyze labor capacity across multiple global fulfillment centers to optimize cost efficiency and SLA compliance.
Develop and maintain labor planning tools, dashboards, and centralized reporting using Excel, SQL, and PowerBI to support data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to align labor plans with merchant requirements and support peak season and expansion initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in labor or capacity planning within warehousing/fulfillment environments.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with PowerBI and Python is preferred.
Location requirement: Remote – India.
