Drive recurring supplier governance routines including monthly and quarterly reviews, KPI scorecards, and performance tracking for GBS REFM.
Prepare data-driven performance insights and manage action plans to improve supplier service delivery, financial performance, and cost savings.
Partner with global and regional stakeholders, suppliers, Procurement, and Finance to support contract lifecycle activities, risk countermeasures, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, Procurement) but not explicitly mandatory.
6–10 years of experience in supplier governance, facilities management, real estate operations, outsourced services, or contract performance management.
Strong analytical skills with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI for data validation and executive reporting.
Work Experience Required: 6–10 years relevant experience; Ability to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours across time zones.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing supplier performance review routines (monthly reviews, QBRs, KPI scorecards, issue escalation).
Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment coordinating across multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
Strong capability in financial, contract, and risk analysis related to outsourced services and supplier governance.
