Manage end-to-end payroll processing across India, Mexico, and US, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
Prepare payroll-related finance and accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, and support audits under US GAAP and statutory norms.
Handle treasury functions involving payroll funding, cash management, liquidity planning, payment processing, and bank reconciliations for multi-country operations.
Minimum Requirements
5–7 years of experience in payroll operations, treasury, or accounting with multi-country payroll exposure.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS); knowledge of Mexico and US payroll is advantageous.
Proficiency with financial accounting systems like NetSuite and Zoho Books.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling cross-border payroll complexities and treasury management across India, Mexico, and US.
Familiar with US GAAP and statutory audit processes related to payroll and accounting.
