Execute and support day-to-day shipment processing and operational activities across service centers, hubs, warehouses, and processing units ensuring high productivity, accuracy, and compliance.
Assist shift in-charges with work allocation, coaching new employees, handling operational exceptions, and maintaining adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain operational discipline, support service commitments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency and quality.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10th Standard pass required; higher qualifications preferred.
3–6 years of relevant experience in logistics, express distribution, warehousing, courier operations, or supply chain operations with exposure to shipment processing and warehouse operations.
Physically fit for manual handling and standing or walking; willing to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.
Basic English reading and communication skills plus basic computer and handheld scanner/mobile application proficiency.
