Manage day-to-day operations and service delivery of multiple Blue Dart Offices (BDOs) across assigned non-metro territory, ensuring shipment processing, dispatch, and delivery coordination.
Ensure operational compliance with company policies, governance of contractual manpower, and maintenance of infrastructure and equipment across BDOs.
Drive customer satisfaction by resolving service issues, monitoring performance metrics such as Net Promoter Score, and coordinating with various network units for seamless shipment movement.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in any discipline is mandatory; logistics or related certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in courier, express logistics, transportation, branch or field operations with exposure to customer-facing and operational compliance activities.
Experience managing geographically dispersed locations and contractual manpower coordination is required.
Work Experience Required: 3–5 years in relevant logistics/operations roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in first-mile and last-mile operations or retail logistics within courier or express logistics sectors.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate operational activities across non-metro territories independently.
