Own and manage end-to-end telecom billing platform operations including bill runs, invoice processing, call/CDR handling, and billing-cycle closure.
Lead diagnosis and resolution of billing issues, exceptions, and incidents maintaining SLA/KPI compliance.
Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements to optimize billing accuracy, operational efficiency, and service restoration.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years experience in Telecom IT, BSS or enterprise billing application operations with production support responsibility.
Hands-on expertise with telecom billing platforms like Oracle BRM, Amdocs, Kenan, Geneva/SingleView, BSCS or equivalents.
Proficient in Unix/Linux administration, Shell scripting, and advanced SQL/PLSQL for troubleshooting and automation.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; knowledge of ITIL incident/problem/change management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SLA-driven operational environments handling large-scale telecom billing systems.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, vendor teams for issue resolution and process improvement.
