Support and supervise daily Ground Transport operations across Bengaluru and Mumbai including vendor/ chauffeur/ fleet management and stakeholder coordination.
Maintain and manage operational reports, dashboards, compliance records, and performance metrics to support utilization and route optimization.
Provide backup operational leadership during Ground Transport Lead absence and handle issue tracking, escalations, and vendor follow-up to ensure service continuity.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics or related discipline.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations, transport coordination, administration, facilities or service delivery.
Strong skills in organizational communication, documentation, problem-solving, escalation management, and advanced Excel reporting.
Experience coordinating with Ground Transport vendors and knowledge of India ground transportation preferred; familiarity with Power BI or automation tools is desirable.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing multi-location ground transport operations with a focus on vendor and fleet supervision in India.
Capable of handling multiple reporting and operational tasks under tight deadlines using advanced Excel and reporting tools.
Able to maintain governance, compliance standards, and stakeholder communication for effective service delivery.
