Establish and maintain a standardized management information framework for Travel, Ground Transport, and Expense programs, including KPIs, reporting cadence, and data governance.
Consolidate, validate, analyze multi-source data to provide a reliable single source of truth and deliver monthly/quarterly executive dashboards covering cost, compliance, vendor performance, and operational metrics.
Identify automation and process improvements to enhance data quality, visualization, and reporting turnaround, while partnering with cross-functional teams to support governance and decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field; postgraduate qualification or relevant certification preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in management information, business analytics, reporting governance, or operational and financial controls, ideally in a global financial institution or shared-services environment.
Advanced skills in Excel and business-intelligence tools with experience in data visualization, workflow automation, AI-enabled reporting, and trend/root-cause analysis.
Experience designing enterprise MIS frameworks, executive dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, reconciliations, and exception management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and operating enterprise-wide management information and reporting frameworks within complex, regulated financial environments.
Strong analytical and commercial judgment with the ability to translate complex cost, utilization, compliance, and vendor data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Capable of leading cross-functional stakeholder engagement including Travel, Finance, Sourcing, Compliance, and Vendor teams to drive governance and operational improvements.
