Provide program management and delivery support for strategic initiatives across business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders within Institutional Securities Group.
Coordinate multi-workstream consulting engagements including program planning, readiness, execution, risk monitoring, and reporting for front office, risk, finance, and technology teams.
Support change management, process improvements, governance initiatives, and track engagement economics, staffing, budgets, and performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements
3-6+ years professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation.
Good understanding of Sales & Trading / Global Markets ecosystem including trading products, trade lifecycle, risk management, and front-to-back processes.
Experience with project management, product development, or management consulting within financial services, preferably Sales & Trading or Global Markets.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related fields preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams in high-impact, large-scale transformation or strategic program management roles within financial services.
Background from top-tier consulting firms or global investment banking/asset management environments, with capability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
Strong data analysis and technology acumen including use of analytics, AI/ML, and automation tools to deliver measurable business outcomes and streamline processes.
