Lead program management and delivery support for strategic business initiatives within Institutional Securities Global Markets, ensuring coordination across business, technology, operations, and external stakeholders.
Drive program planning, readiness, and execution while monitoring risks and managing remediation and reporting to senior leadership.
Support multi-workstream consulting engagements including change management, process enhancement, control, governance, and stakeholder collaboration to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
6-10+ years professional experience in management consulting, strategy, or transformation.
Strong domain knowledge of Sales & Trading / Global Markets ecosystem including trading products, trade lifecycle, market structure, risk management, financial/regulatory drivers, and front-to-back processes.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees in business, finance, economics, engineering or related fields preferred.
Experience working on major organizational change programs such as regulations, merger integrations, or corporate restructures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional programs with proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Has worked in top-tier consulting firms or global investment banks, especially within strategy, PMO, transformation or product/business management roles.
Strong analytical and communication skills with demonstrated capability to leverage data analytics, AI/ML, and automation tools to drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
