Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, Crew.ai, and Autogen, including development and optimization of Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks, monitoring, and logging systems to ensure agent performance, safety, and reliability.
Contribute to improving agent architecture, capabilities, and develop documentation and best practices for AI agent development.
Minimum Requirements
1+ to 3+ years of relevant experience in AI agent development and data engineering.
Strong proficiency in advanced Python programming including async programming and API development.
Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and knowledge retrieval systems.
Degree requirements: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MBA (Full-time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building and deploying autonomous agents with frameworks such as LangChain and usage of Large Language Models (LLMs) across multiple providers like OpenAI and Anthropic.
Knowledgeable in AI safety principles, agent alignment, resolving hallucinations, and performance optimization.
Familiar with modern software development practices including CI/CD, testing, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
