Lead and drive large-scale warehouse management system (WMS) transformation programs including implementation and modernization efforts.
Own the entire customer engagement lifecycle from business requirements gathering to solution design and delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic supply chain goals.
Develop and present solution proposals articulating business value, while managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
15+ years of corporate experience.
Proven leadership of complex supply chain transformation initiatives with strong solution ownership.
Must have practical experience implementing large-scale WMS platforms such as Blue Yonder or equivalent.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end warehouse processes including inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and optimization.
