Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with strong math and programming skills (Python plus Java or Go).
Minimum 8 years of experience building ML-driven systems and scalable distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Strong domain expertise in Search, Information Retrieval, Ranking, Search Relevance, and NLP techniques with production experience in large-scale data and ML systems.
Experience applying large language models (LLMs) to search/ML problems including evaluation of quality, latency, and cost trade-offs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Advanced ML engineering professional with deep technical ownership and leadership in search and relevance ML solutions.
Strongly experienced in both software engineering and machine learning, able to work end-to-end from research to production at scale.
Experience handling multi-domain, multi-language search systems, and building complex search architectures (e.g., hybrid search, RAG, vector search).
