Support and enhance the Structured Data Access Control (SDAC) program by analyzing and improving governance workflows and access management processes.
Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard solutions (Power BI, ServiceNow) to monitor operational health, SLA performance, and drive data-driven governance recommendations.
Contribute to and lead projects related to process automation, workflow improvements, change management, and user adoption across data governance and RBAC initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Business Data Analytics, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, governance, operations, analytics, or process improvement.
Experience with Power BI, ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365 for requirements documentation and reporting/dashboard development.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in data governance, access management, and IAM governance programs with practical knowledge of RBAC concepts.
Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams (BISOs, architects, DBAs, developers) and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in business process analysis, automation identification, and driving operational improvements through actionable insights and reporting.
