Design, develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and data-driven solutions using Python, PySpark, and Azure Machine Learning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable ML solutions.
Participate in architecture, design, and code reviews; maintain documentation; and ensure the quality, security, and maintainability of machine learning solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
Minimum 4 years of experience developing data science and machine learning solutions.
Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Machine Learning.
Hands-on experience with model development, deployment, monitoring, and cloud-based ML solutions using Azure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in converting experimental ML models and notebooks into maintainable, production-ready solutions within cloud environments.
Skilled in collaborating cross-functionally and communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiar with MLOps practices, AI-assisted software development tools, and modern software development workflows including Git.
