Lead and manage complex supply chain processes including inventory analysis, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning (SOP).
Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities and providing actionable recommendations to management.
Own and lead a Regulatory Trade Compliance program; mentor junior staff and collaborate cross-functionally with global business units to deliver demand signals and prioritize backlog.
Minimum Requirements
First level university degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
6-10 years of experience in supply chain functions with exposure to multiple supply chain areas, including customs/global trade and broker's license or equivalent experience.
Must be willing to work primarily onsite at an HPE office in India.
Strong understanding and experience in supply chain processes, trade compliance, and advanced analytical tools.
