About This Role
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, stable, and scalable software components within an agile team.
- Write high-quality Java code with considerations for multithreading and Kafka integration.
- Leverage enterprise-authorized AI-assisted coding tools to improve code quality and delivery speed, ensuring validation through peer review and automated testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 2+ years of applied experience.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Multithreading, Kafka, system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools, with ability to critically evaluate AI outputs.
- Experience in large corporate environment software development and familiarity with SDLC and agile methodologies like CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
