Develop, modify, and execute software test plans for storage management applications involving open source and third-party software.
Analyze test results to ensure functionality and recommend corrective actions, supporting debugging and software modifications.
Collaborate with teams for end-to-end delivery, assist field teams in debug analysis and customer issue recreation.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
5+ years of software development or Storage Software QA experience.
Experience with Agile development and QA methodologies, CI/CD test automation, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Working knowledge of server/storage and networking infrastructures, and experience with Python, JavaScript, and Shell scripting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end validation of storage management solutions including web service API integration.
Able to coordinate with remote teams, manage project schedules and risks within Agile frameworks.
Familiarity with data storage technologies (S3, Block Devices, NFS, SMB) and Linux environment testing is preferred but not mandatory.
