Design, build, and maintain automation and AIOps pipelines using PowerShell, Python, and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions to enable proactive, self-healing IT operations.
Architect and manage Microsoft Intune for multi-platform device provisioning, compliance, and automated software deployment with a zero-trust approach.
Oversee reliability and monitoring of Microsoft Entra ID, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and M365 collaboration tools, including incident management, RCA, and maintaining SLAs/SLOs.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years overall and 3+ years specializing in SRE, Cloud Operations, or Systems Engineering in enterprise Microsoft environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
Proficient in PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting for automation and API integrations (Microsoft Graph API).
Experience and deep expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, Azure monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics) and cloud infrastructure (Azure core, networking, security).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leveraging AI/ML tools such as Microsoft Copilot for Security and Azure Monitor AI insights for operational excellence and incident triage.
Skilled in implementing observability, CI/CD pipelines, Chaos Engineering, and error budgeting aligned with modern SRE principles.
Holds certifications like Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Identity and Access Administrator Associate with exposure to Agile methodologies.
