Own end-to-end data management and architecture for Brightstar Hospitality's group-wide reporting, automating data ingestion from multiple hotel and central systems.
Produce recurring management reports, KPI dashboards, and detailed commercial analysis across finance, revenue, operations, marketing, and people.
Lead implementation and usage of AI tools for analytics and reporting; support Finance Director in rolling out a new FP&A planning and consolidation platform.
Minimum Requirements
3-4 years of practical experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end delivery.
Advanced Excel modeling skills, working knowledge of SQL, and experience with visualisation platforms (preferably Power BI).
Practical experience applying AI tools like Claude to analytical work; strong financial literacy and profit and loss analysis.
Work Experience Required: 3-4 years in relevant roles. No explicit educational degree or notice period mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in multi-entity, multi-site environments, ideally hospitality or hotel-related with familiarity in commercial metrics like ADR, RevPAR, and channel mix.

Experienced in integrating finance, operational, and commercial data sources and communicating complex findings clearly to non-technical senior stakeholders including board-level.
