Design, build, and operate highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure platforms supporting large-scale Linux environments.
Lead architecture and operations of infrastructure services including OpenStack, secrets management, package management, software pipelines, and platform lifecycle management.
Develop automation (Ansible, Python, Go) and observability solutions; participate in on-call rotation and troubleshoot complex distributed systems and cloud environments.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, Platform, Infrastructure, or Linux Systems Engineering with large-scale production environments.
Strong Linux systems administration skills including troubleshooting, performance, networking, filesystems, and OS internals.
Hands-on experience with OpenStack or comparable cloud infrastructure, automation tools (Ansible, Python, Go, Bash), and CI/CD workflows.
Location: Pune, India (Hybrid working with commuting distance to office required).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading technical initiatives from design through production and incident management in complex infrastructure environments.
Comfortable working at the intersection of Linux, platform, reliability, and security engineering domains.
Familiar with enterprise infrastructure security tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault), SLIs/SLOs, and compliance frameworks preferred but not mandatory.
