Drive end-to-end digital transformation of the pre-sales and sales value chain for EV Commercial Vehicles, including CRM (Salesforce), mobile apps, portals, and AI tools.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, CRM systems, and digital product lifecycle management.
