Own and define growth strategy across Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Conversion with measurable impact on revenue, transaction volume, and user growth.
Build and optimize scalable growth systems including funnel instrumentation, experimentation, lifecycle management, and AI-enabled workflows.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives and mentor product managers to raise experimentation and execution standards.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of Product Management experience with ownership in growth, funnel, or lifecycle areas.
Experience with acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion metrics at scale.
Location requirement: Based in Gurgaon, India.
Experience in fintech or consumer financial products preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Candidate with demonstrated impact leading growth in fintech or financial services products, especially in funnel and lifecycle management.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in experimentation design, cohort analysis, and incrementality measurement.
Experience applying AI practically to product workflows and growth operations for process optimization and insight generation.
