Own a defined product area focused on AI-augmented networking workflows and assurance dashboards for IT operators.
Lead design from framing problems and research through to shipping experiences that simplify complex network telemetry and AI insights.
Utilize AI tools extensively to conduct scaled research, generate UI prototypes in working front-end code, and establish design system components supporting generative UI.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of product design experience with expertise in visual design, interaction design, and design systems.
Hands-on experience or rapid learning ability with AI design-to-code tools (e.g., VS Code, Claude Design) and AI research/analytics tools (e.g., Dovetail, Fullstory).
Strong data fluency to interpret product metrics and guide design decisions accordingly.
Location: Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India with 2 days office attendance per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing for complex, data-dense enterprise products serving network admins and IT leaders.
Comfortable integrating and guiding AI-assisted workflows across research, prototyping, and evaluation phases.
Ability to connect design work to strategic product vision and measurable business outcomes, partnering closely with PM and engineering.
