Design, develop, and deliver complex backend services, APIs, and data pipelines including AI/ML-powered features with full ownership from coding to deployment.
Lead technical design and architecture decisions for scalability, performance, compliance (HIPAA, GDPR), and operational excellence in healthcare software.
Provide hands-on mentorship, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product and clinical teams to translate real-world needs into scalable, robust software solutions.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of software engineering experience with proven track record of building and shipping production systems.
Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, or Go with daily coding responsibilities.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), AI/ML feature integration, and knowledge or ability to quickly learn healthcare data standards and compliance (FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, GDPR).
