Own accurate creation, updating, and validation of vendor and client master records in ERP (Maconomy).
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards for master data governance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve data queries, support process improvements, and generate data quality and performance reports.
Minimum Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Vendor Master Data Management or Accounts Payable operations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration in Finance, or Semi-Qualified CA.
Proficiency with ERP systems (Maconomy), MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ticketing tools like ServiceNow.
Location requirement: Gurgaon, DLF Cyber Park, India.

Experience working within shared service or global business service environments dealing with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Strong focus on data accuracy, compliance adherence, and process governance in vendor/client master data.
