Agency Lending - Collateral & Settlements - Assistant Vice President

Manage high-volume international securities lending processes including loans, recalls, broker returns, contract comparisons, billing, and settlements ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Lead and develop a team of over 20 members, ensuring operational risk management, process improvement, effective communication with stakeholders, and compliance with internal controls globally.

Drive continuous enhancements in process efficiency, risk mitigation, and resilience across multiple locations, contributing to business transformation initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Minimum 12 years of experience in capital markets, specifically securities lending domain with knowledge of mark to market, SBL, corporate actions, FI and equity settlements, and collateral management.

Proven experience managing large teams (20+ members) across multiple locations in a knowledge services environment.

Flexible to work US shift hours (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST).

Education requirement: MBA/BS/BA or equivalent qualification.

Experienced operations manager with depth in securities lending, settlements, collateral management, and related capital markets processes, capable of handling complex governance and risk frameworks.

Strong leadership skills demonstrated by managing and motivating large multi-location teams, driving ownership and accountability.

Strategic mindset with proficiency in process improvements, risk management, stakeholder communication, and navigating organizational changes.
