Manage and oversee high-volume international securities lending, collateral, and settlements processes including recalls, broker returns, contract comparisons, billing, and trade instructions.
Ensure team compliance with SLAs, KPIs, KRIs and handle resolution of trade discrepancies and counterparty issues in collaboration with traders and internal teams.
Drive process improvements, risk management, team coaching, and maintain operational resiliency with multi-location team management.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years experience managing multi-location teams in securities lending or capital markets operations with at least 20 direct reports.
In-depth domain knowledge in securities lending, mark to market, SBL, corporate actions, FI or equity settlements, and collateral management.
Flexibility to work US shift hours (5:00 PM - 2:00 AM IST).
Education: MBA/BS/BA or equivalent; intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with systems like MCH Euroclear, CREST, Qlikview, DTCC, IHS MARKIT, PIRUM, EQUILEND.
