Ensure accuracy and timely processing of OTC derivatives trades and valuations following established procedures.
Audit and review trades processed by the team to maintain quality control within agreed KPIs.
Handle and resolve complex internal and client queries, support process improvements, and train new team members until independent.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher.
3-6 years experience in financial services/back-office operations with mandatory derivatives trade processing experience.
Strong MS Office skills, intermediate Excel required; knowledge of database management/Visual Basic/Macros is advantageous.
Flexibility to work in shifts, locations include Bangalore, Coimbatore, Pune, Mumbai.

Experienced in OTC derivatives processing with strong understanding of financial instruments and accounting fundamentals.
