Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience supporting enterprise middleware and infrastructure platforms.
4+ years of leadership experience managing technology teams.
In-office work minimum 3 days/week; work hours 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM India time.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader in enterprise middleware technologies including Apache servers, WebSphere, JBoss with strong cloud-native platform expertise especially Kubernetes and AWS EKS.
Demonstrated ability managing large scale operational support, modernization projects, cloud migrations, and vendor partnerships in regulated/highly available environments.
Skilled in driving automation (CI/CD, IaC), security compliance, incident management, and cross-team stakeholder alignment in complex technology organizations.
