Design, develop, and modernize complex, enterprise-scale Java backend and full-stack applications using Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Lead technical direction and hands-on implementation for modules or subsystems while mentoring engineers across teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, performant, secure solutions aligning with business and technology goals.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based software development, preferably in global or enterprise projects.
Proficient in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST API design, SQL, Angular or React, and backend development.
Bachelor’s degree or MCA in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in product development environments with strong understanding of Product Development Lifecycle and Lean Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Proven ability to lead by technical example and influence engineering direction through code and architectural contributions.
Familiarity with microservices, cloud-native development (Azure preferred), CI/CD practices, and performance tuning for scalable applications.
