Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Java software development experience, preferably in global or enterprise projects.
Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, REST API design, unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), and front-end frameworks (Angular or React).
Experience with modern software design patterns, microservices, and cloud-native development on Azure.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full-stack Java development with strong backend and API design skills and practical cloud (Azure) experience.
Proven ability to lead technical direction and mentor software engineers within Agile/Scaled Agile frameworks.
Familiar with performance tuning, CI/CD practices, automated testing, and working in globally distributed teams.
