Own architecture and full lifecycle development of enterprise Java applications supporting forensic and criminal justice systems.
Provide technical leadership, guidance and knowledge sharing across distributed teams for scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture stakeholders to modernise legacy systems, implement CI/CD pipelines, and ensure system compliance and operational stability.
Minimum Requirements
Extensive experience: 10+ years enterprise Java development, including Java 11/17, Java EE/Jakarta EE, backend development with PostgreSQL and Hibernate.
Education: MCA or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Mandatory skills: architecture and hands-on development experience, DevOps tooling including Git, Azure DevOps, Docker, Maven, and CI/CD automation.
Experience working in regulated or complex operational environments such as Forensics or LIMS is required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven track record in enterprise product development environments with strong understanding of Product Development Lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experienced in technical leadership and collaboration across distributed and offshore teams operating in regulated domains.
