Lead design and development of complex, enterprise-scale Java applications, including backend and full-stack features using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and databases.
Drive modernization efforts by migrating legacy Java systems to modern, cloud-ready and microservices-based architectures on Azure platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions while mentoring engineers and supporting Agile delivery.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience in Java-based software development on global or enterprise projects.
Strong experience with Java 8+, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful API design, SQL databases, and front-end frameworks Angular or React.
Bachelor’s or MCA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Work Experience Required: 8+ years in Java software development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading technical direction and implementation in product development environments following Lean Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Proficient in cloud-native application development, preferably on Azure, with exposure to microservices and DevOps practices including CI/CD and Docker.
Strong object-oriented design and clean coding skills with proven ability to perform performance tuning and ensure code quality through unit testing and static code analysis.
