Establish and lead a Project Management Office to monitor and drive progress of key projects within the affiliate ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Lead new product planning and introduction by assessing pipeline opportunities, developing launch strategies, and aligning with global and regional teams for India-specific commercial needs.
Manage ad-hoc strategic projects to support top line and bottom line growth including budget responsibility, and facilitate cross-functional excellence in project execution.
Minimum Requirements
Post Graduate degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical Sciences and/or Business Studies.
3-5 years experience working for Tier-1 consulting firms.
Experience in project management, partnerships, go-to-market models, and managing budgets.
Good understanding of new product launch and pricing processes with proven project management and communication skills.

Experienced in strategic project management with proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and consultancy skills to interpret market insights and support decision-making.
