Develop and execute automated and manual test solutions for software, hardware, firmware, and IC products using strong Python skills.
Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to plan tests, debug issues (hardware/software focus on IC functionality), analyze results, and report defects.
Drive product quality improvements through test automation, validation frameworks, mentoring, and QA best practices across the development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
3-7 years of Software QA experience, including 3+ years testing software integrated with hardware/firmware.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or similar.
Strong Python test automation skills; must have proficiency with Git; experience with Qt Squish, SmartBear Test Complete, or similar tools.
Experience with JIRA, version control, QA best practices, and software/hardware development lifecycles required. Work Experience Required: 3-7 years in relevant QA roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in electronics, microcontroller programming, bus communications, and preferably in power systems, semiconductors, or IC industries.
Demonstrated ability to mentor team members and lead quality initiatives including test coverage improvements and process enhancements.
Familiarity with lab test equipment and measurement tools, plus exposure to HW/SW test environments and DevOps practices.
